Bellman Group

Bellman Group AB agreed to acquire all shares of machine contracting company Samgräv Holding AB for an initial purchase price of SEK 144 million, consisting of SEK 100 million cash and SEK 44 million in newly issued shares. The deal strengthens Bellman's position in inert landfills and expands operations to western Sweden.
