Shanghai Industrial Environment's 60%-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Guanlan South Water Co. started commercial operation of the Guanlan Water Purification Plant Phase II expansion in Shenzhen, Guangdong, with a design capacity of 40,000 tons/day and effluent standard meeting Class IV surface water standards.

Shanghai Industrial Environment's 60%-owned subsidiary Lianxi (Hefei) Wastewater Treatment Co. signed a three-year operation service contract with Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park Management Committee for a constructed wetland project in Feidong County, Anhui, with an annual fee of CNY 3.5666 million.

Shanghai Industrial Environment (00807) announced its wholly-owned subsidiary SIIC Environment Technology, along with subsidiaries of Shanghai Industrial Group and Shanghai Overseas Company, signed a joint venture agreement to establish a Hong Kong-based joint venture for capital investment in Chinese environmental industry enterprises, particularly in the Yangtze River Delta region. The joint venture also agreed to subscribe as a cornerstone investor for approximately HKD 52.75 million in Taizhou Water H-shares.

Shanghai Industrial Environment (00807) signed a share transfer agreement to transfer all shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary Pinghu Dushan Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. to its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Fudan Water Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. for a total consideration of RMB 113 million.

Shanghai Industrial Environment has been awarded a new wastewater treatment project in Xinglong Town, Bayan County, Heilongjiang, with a total investment of about CNY 54.6 million, under a 30-year service concession agreement.
