Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited

A consortium led by Yangtze Ecology and Environment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Enterprises Water Group (China) Investment Limited won the bid for a PPP project for comprehensive sewage system treatment in Yueyang City, China. The total investment is 4.445 billion yuan.

Guinarsan won a bid to supply centrifuges for the Linghu Wastewater Treatment Plant in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The contract was signed with the Nanjing Municipal Design Institute Research Institute Co., Ltd., the general contractor, and the project is invested by Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited. Shipment is planned for 2019.

Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% ownership of TRILITY Group, an Australian water and wastewater solutions provider founded in 1991.

Beijing Enterprises Water Group (00371) announced plans to form two joint ventures with Baotou Housing in Baotou, China, for water ecological PPP projects, with total registered capital of CNY 41.8 billion.

Beijing Enterprises Water Group agreed to sell 60% of Beikong (Dalian) Investment Co., Ltd. for 1.494 billion yuan to Yunyuan and Anwei, with the company no longer being a subsidiary after completion.
