Nihon Kohden

Nihon Kohden announced the acquisition of a 71.4% stake in NeuroAdvanced Corp., the parent company of Ad-Tech Medical Instrument Corporation, a provider of specialized electrodes for epilepsy treatment and neurodiagnostic procedures. The deal strengthens Nihon Kohden's position in neurological diagnostics.

Nihon Kohden India began construction of a new haematology analyser reagent factory in Jhajjar, Haryana, India. The 8,900 sqm facility on 16,135 sqm of land will be four times larger than its existing Gujarat factory.

Nihon Kohden India, a subsidiary of Nihon Kohden Corporation, will establish a new factory in India to increase production capacity of hematology analyzer reagents, supporting growing demand.

Nihon Kohden Corporation has acquired Advanced Medical Predictive Devices, Diagnostics and Displays, Inc. (AMP3D), owner of clinical predictive algorithms and a SaaS platform. The acquisition will integrate AMP3D's CoMET software into Nihon Kohden's digital health ecosystem.

Nihon Kohden Digital Health Solutions, LLC absorbed and merged with Advanced Medical Predictive Devices, Diagnostics and Displays, LLC (AMP3D), effective April 1, 2025. AMP3D was a wholly owned subsidiary of Nihon Kohden since 2021.
