Emerald Textiles

Emerald Textiles, a portfolio company of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, acquired the West Coast assets of Angelica Corporation, including nine facilities, expanding into Phoenix and Las Vegas markets and strengthening its footprint in California.

Emerald Textiles commenced construction on a new 60 million-pound capacity linen processing facility in Livingston, California. The facility is scheduled to be complete by Q3 2019.

Emerald Textiles, a portfolio company of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners and Highland Avenue Funds, acquired the assets of Mediclean Linen and Laundry, a healthcare linen service provider in Los Angeles. The acquisition includes a $6 million capital investment to upgrade the facility.
