MMI Textiles Inc. has acquired New Jersey-based knit textile manufacturer Jason Mills LLC. The acquisition is effective January 2, 2025, and expands MMI Textiles' product line in industrial and custom fabrics.

Trelleborg Engineered Coated Fabrics signed a distribution agreement with MMI Textiles for TACTWEAR High Abrasion Neoprene Kevlar (HANK) material. The agreement expands availability of the product for law enforcement, defense, and recreational applications.

MMI Textiles has signed an agreement with Milliken & Company to supply Milliken Tegris thermoplastic composite fabric, a lightweight material for blast and projectile protection.

Milliken & Co. has partnered with MMI Textiles to supply Tegris thermoplastic composite fabric to defense customers. MMI will offer Tegris at less than case quantities.

MMI Textiles Inc. will open a 30,000-square-foot production facility in Lenoir, North Carolina, to produce narrow fabrics, including mil-spec webbing and binding tape, starting in Q1 2021. The facility will also house Mikan Printing's print operations under one roof.

MMI Textiles, Inc./Bear Saga, LLC has purchased Ursack, a manufacturer of bear-resistant food storage bags, effective November 27, 2018.
