Guangzhou Dongsong Energy commissions Sukulu industrial park in Tororo, Uganda
President Museveni commissioned the Sukulu project in Tororo, Uganda, a $620 million comprehensive industrial park by Guangzhou Dongsong Energy Group, producing cement, steel, glass and fertilizers. Phase 1 is completed; phase 2 is expected by July 2019.
