DA-Group

Creowave Oy sold all shares of its subsidiary Creowave Filters Oy to DA Group. The transaction was signed on 18 June 2019 and completed on 27 June 2019.

Pfaff Industriesysteme und Maschinen GmbH (KSL) held a groundbreaking ceremony on March 7, 2019, for a new 8,000 m² facility in Bensheim, Germany, with an investment of EUR 10 million. The plant will produce CNC sewing automats, 3D sewing robots, and automated production systems, and is expected to be completed by end of 2019, increasing employment from 100 to 160.

DA-Group, a Finnish technology corporation, has purchased 100% of Surma Ltd's stock to strengthen its naval defence offerings. Surma will continue as a subsidiary with its own brand.
