Millog Oy has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Oy Western Shipyard Ltd, a ship repair and docking company in Finland. Ownership transferred on 1 October 2020, and Western Shipyard will operate as an independent subsidiary.

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, a subsidiary of Kongsberg Gruppen, has entered into an agreement with the Norwegian Ministry of Defence to acquire Aerospace Industrial Maintenance Norway AS (AIM). KONGSBERG will hold 50.1% ownership, with Patria holding 49.9%.

The State of Finland sold 49.9 percent of Patria Oyj to Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS for EUR 283.5 million. The State of Finland now owns 50.1 percent of Patria Oyj.
