CNH Industrial completed its acquisition of Raven Industries, a U.S.-based leader in precision agriculture technology. The announcement was made on 30 November 2021.

CNH Industrial has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Raven Industries for $58 per share, representing a $2.1 billion enterprise value. The acquisition enhances CNH Industrial's precision agriculture capabilities and is expected to close in Q4 2021.

Raven Industries' Engineered Films division completed installation and qualification of an advanced seven-layer barrier extrusion line (Line 15) at its manufacturing facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, increasing capacity for barrier film, tubing and sheeting.

Raven Industries' Raven Aerostar division was awarded a five-year $36.2 million contract by the US Navy to deliver, install, operate and sustain air surveillance radar systems on T-EPF class ships.
