ABEC Inc. will establish another ISO-7 cleanroom at its plant in Wilson, North Carolina, investing $11 million and creating 251 jobs. The 50,000 square foot expansion increases single-use disposable container manufacturing capacity.

Emergent BioSolutions extended its partnership with ABEC and added a dual-purpose single-use system at its Bayview facility in Baltimore, Maryland. ABEC shipped a custom CSR dual-purpose system for microbial fermentation and mammalian cell culture.
