Rolls-Royce and Unipart have announced their intention to form a joint venture company called MetLase, which will initially create some 30 high-end technical engineering jobs at its new headquarters on the Advanced Manufacturing Park in Rotherham.

MetLase, a joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Unipart, has been announced as the tooling and fixture partner for Boeing's new Sheffield facility, initially increasing workforce by 15%.
