ROBUR WIND

SPIE Wind Germany GmbH, part of the ROBUR WIND group, has taken over the business of REETEC GmbH effective July 1, 2020, continuing operations in Bremen. The acquisition strengthens ROBUR's wind service portfolio.

SSC Wind and ROBUR WIND (comprising WKA and ROSCH) signed an agreement to merge, creating Germany's largest independent wind power service provider with approximately €60 million in revenues and 600 specialists. The transaction is expected to close by end of November 2018.
