Master Drilling and Ghella SpA formed the joint venture TunnelPro to construct major infrastructure and mining projects worldwide. TunnelPro acquired the business and trademarks of SELI Technologies s.r.l.

Master Drilling and Ghella SpA formed a joint venture called TunnelPro and acquired the business and trademarks of SELI Technologies s.r.l., an Italian tunnel boring machine designer and manufacturer. The MTB was successfully commissioned at an Italian quarry site.

Master Drilling and its subsidiaries have entered into agreements to acquire the raiseboring businesses of Atlantis Group in India, Brazil, Zambia, and South Africa for ZAR107.5 million, payable in instalments over 12 months.
