Seemann Composites, Inc. completed the acquisition of Materials Sciences Corporation, a composites engineering and manufacturing company based in Horsham, PA.

Materials Sciences Corporation announced plans to expand its presence in Greenville County with a second facility, a $2.7 million capital investment creating 23 new jobs over five years. The new 32,000-square-foot facility will be located at 101 Pelham Davis Circle in Greenville, S.C.
