Mikisew Group of Companies

Mikisew North American Limited Partnership (MNALP), a joint venture in which North American Construction Group holds a 49% stake, was awarded a five-year contract by a major oil sands producer. The contract is valued at an estimated $125 million in backlog and runs through March 2027.

The Mikisew Group of Companies has acquired Guthrie Industrial Services Ltd. and Guthrie Mechanical Services Ltd. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Mikisew Aecon Limited Partnership, a joint venture between Aecon (49%) and Mikisew Group of Companies (51%), was awarded a Master Service Agreement by Fort Hills Energy L.P. for overburden removal and civil works at the Fort Hills oil sands project. Two initial contracts are valued at approximately $100 million.
