Univar Solutions announced an expanded agreement with Sensient Technologies to distribute its synthetic coloring products in Mexico for the food, beverage, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical markets.

Symrise AG signed a purchase agreement to acquire the fragrance and aroma chemicals business of Sensient Technologies Corporation for an undisclosed amount. The unit generated €77 million in 2019.

DIC Corporation acquired the liquid inks for packaging business from Liaoning Tianqi Technology Co., Ltd. on May 1, 2020. The acquired business will be renamed DIC Graphics (Shenyang) Ltd. and is expected to increase DIC's production capacity for liquid inks in China by around 20%.

Sensient Technologies has acquired Mazza Innovation Limited, a botanical extraction technology firm based in Vancouver, Canada, to strengthen its natural and organic ingredients business.
