LBB Specialties has announced a partnership with Viscofan DE to become the preferred distributor of Viscofan's collagen hydrolysates in the United States.

LBB Specialties has acquired a majority interest in Custom Chemical Services (CCS), a specialty chemical distributor based in Medley, Florida. The deal was announced on February 24, 2021.

Charkit Chemical Company LLC has acquired Custom Ingredients, a manufacturer of specialty ingredients, and CA Specialities, a South Carolina-based distributor of ingredients for the personal care market.

Charkit Chemical Company, a subsidiary of LBB Specialties, acquired the assets of ChayseChem, Inc., a North American distributor of fine chemicals and custom manufactured intermediates and APIs. The deal includes North American distribution rights for Framochem KFT products.
