Otsuka Holdings Co., Ltd. announced a merger agreement to acquire the remaining shares of ReCor Medical, Inc. The transaction is subject to ReCor's shareholder approval.

Otsuka Medical Devices Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Otsuka Holdings, completed the acquisition of Veryan Medical Ltd. through its UK subsidiary. Veryan's R&D operations in Galway, Ireland, will be retained.
