Auveco, a leader in automotive fastener and body hardware aftermarket, acquired Marli Manufacturing, a provider of automotive aftermarket mechanical components including engine head bolts and oil drain plugs.

Marli Manufacturing, Inc., a provider of automotive aftermarket mechanical components, was acquired by Auveco Products, a portfolio company of Tenex Capital Management. Terms were not disclosed.
