Kansai Nerolac Paints

Kansai Nerolac Paints approved a ₹600 crore capacity expansion across its plants in Gujarat, Haryana and Tamil Nadu to add industrial paints, powder coating and resin capacity by the end of FY29.

Kansai Nerolac Paints entered into a joint venture agreement with Polygel Industries to establish a company in India, to which Polygel's adhesives, construction chemicals and sealants business will be transferred.

Kansai Nerolac Paints has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire a 55% equity stake in Bangladesh-based RAK Paints for BDT 57.26 crore (approx. Rs 45.81 crore).
