Rotating Machinery Services

RMS, a Bethlehem, Pennsylvania provider of rotating equipment solutions, announced the acquisition of Psicon BV, a Netherlands-based maker of compressor modernization products, turbomachinery parts and magnetic filters. The announcement was dated July 2025.

Cooper Machinery Services announced the acquisition of Plant Process Machine Works, a reciprocating compressor service and engineering company, from Rotating Machinery Services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
