Tianma Microelectronics

Tianma Microelectronics, a subsidiary of AVIC International, signed a framework agreement with Xiamen Torch Hi-Tech Zone to build a 6th-generation flexible AMOLED production line in Xiamen, with a total investment of up to 48 billion yuan.

Tianma Microelectronics will invest CNY14.5 billion (USD2.3 billion) to expand its flexible AMOLED display production line by 25%, increasing monthly capacity to 37,500 panels. The project will be built by its Wuhan unit over 25 months.
