FDH Aero

FDH Aero, an aerospace and defense products distributor, acquired Madison Aerospace, a certified aerospace hardware distributor based in Haltom City, Texas. This is FDH's eighth acquisition and sixth since Audax Private Equity invested in 2017.

FDH Aero signed a multi-year agreement with Harbin Hafei Airbus Composite Manufacturing Centre to supply high-performance fasteners for the Airbus A350 composite tail section. The agreement is for three years with a two-year optional extension.
