Navitas Semiconductor agreed to make a $5 million strategic equity investment in Magnachip Semiconductor, deepening their partnership to develop silicon carbide power semiconductor solutions.

Magnachip Semiconductor has concluded an agreement with Hyundai Mobis regarding the use of high-performance IGBT technology, and plans to expand its industrial IGBT business based on this technology developed through a 10-year collaboration.

Navitas Semiconductor has agreed to make a $5 million strategic equity investment in Magnachip, issuing 1,461,988 shares at $3.42 per share. The transaction is expected to close on or about September 24, 2026.
