BaltCap Private Equity Fund III has completed the acquisition of the largest Lithuanian meat processing companies Krekenavos Agrofirma and Mėsa LT, becoming majority owner of the joint company. The transaction was cleared by the Competition Council in March 2020.

Eurovia, a subsidiary of VINCI, agreed to acquire a 75% stake in TREV-2 Grupp from BaltCap. The indicative closing date is planned for the end of June 2018.

BaltCap and minority shareholders sold 100% of Magnetic MRO to Guangzhou Hangxin Aviation Technology for €43 million. The acquisition was announced in January 2018 with an indicative closing date at the end of March 2018.
