Cooper-Standard Automotive acquired the Metzeler Automotive Profile Systems (MAPS) sealing systems operations in Germany, Italy, Poland and Belgium, including a joint venture interest in China, from Automotive Sealing Systems S.A. for approximately €100 million.

Continental AG has agreed to acquire the anti-vibration systems business of Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. for $265.5 million, including five plants in Canada, France, India and the US.

LS Mtron has signed a contract to demerge its auto part unit and sell an 80.1% stake to Cooper Standard Automotive. The deal is part of LS Mtron's plan to focus on its machinery business.
