Shanghai Jita Semiconductor Co., Ltd.

Shanghai IC Industry Investment Fund and Huada Semiconductor signed a capital increase agreement with Shanghai Jita Semiconductor for its specialty process production line project in Shanghai's Lingang area. The total project investment is 35.9 billion yuan, and the project started construction in August 2018 with main works largely completed.

Shanghai Jita Semiconductor completed the absorption merger and privatization of Shanghai Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (ASMC), paying Shanghai Belling RMB 118.0061 million and HKD 56.31 million for its stake. The transaction was finalized in February 2019.

Jita Semiconductor and Advanced Semiconductor announced a merger agreement on October 30, 2018, under which Jita will absorb Advanced Semiconductor by paying approximately RMB 2 billion to shareholders. Advanced Semiconductor will be delisted and dissolved.

Shanghai Jita Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced a specialty process line construction project in Shanghai's Lingang新城 Equipment Industrial Park, with a total investment of approximately 35.9 billion yuan. The project includes an 8-inch 0.11um 60,000-wafer-per-month line, a 12-inch 65nm 3,000-wafer advanced analog circuit pilot line, and a 6-inch 5,000-wafer SiC/GaN wide-bandgap semiconductor power device pilot line, with further expansion planned.
