Shenzhen Kaizhong Precision Technology's German subsidiary Kaizhong Vogt GmbH signed a long-term supply agreement with Daimler to supply drive battery pack structural parts for new energy vehicles.

Shenzhen Kaizhong Precision Technology Co. Ltd. acquired the shares of smk GmbH & Co. KG, a German company. The deal was announced on May 7, 2018.
