2G Energy Inc. announced a strategic partnership with CK Power to market, sell, and service a new Demand Response Spark-Ignited Rich Burn Industrial Generator line in the United States. Pre-sales are expected in late 2025 with deliveries in early 2026.

Terramac, a manufacturer of rubber tracked crawler carriers, has opened a new 100,000-square-foot assembly facility in St. Louis, Missouri. The plant will start with two production lines, each with a capacity of 250 crawler carriers per year, and is set to begin production in March 2023.

Power generation manufacturer CK Power has acquired Terramac, a maker of rubber track crawler carriers. The acquisition will expand CK Power's equipment offerings in North America.

CK Power, a manufacturer of off-highway engines and power generators based in St. Louis, has acquired Consolidated Machine & Welding (CM&W) of Hannibal, Missouri. CM&W will operate as a division of CK Power.
