GFG Alliance bids to acquire AR Industries aluminium wheel plant in France
GFG Alliance, through its Liberty Group, submitted a formal bid to acquire AR Industries, the only French manufacturer of aluminium wheels, in Châteauroux. The bid includes a three-year recovery plan with investment in equipment and quality improvements, aiming to save nearly 400 jobs.
