GFG Alliance completes $320 million acquisition of Keystone Consolidated Industries
GFG Alliance, through Liberty Steel USA, has completed the acquisition of Keystone Consolidated Industries (KCI) for $320 million from Contran Corporation. The deal creates one of the largest US wire rod producers and aims to grow US GREENSTEEL capacity to 5 million tons per annum by 2020.

Tsubakimoto Chain unit to acquire Central Conveyor Company
Tsubakimoto Chain Co's U.S. unit, U.S. Tsubaki Holdings, has signed an agreement to fully acquire Central Conveyor Company, LLC and its six subsidiaries, including Central Automation Holdings and Central Process Engineering. The acquisition is expected to close in mid-June 2018; the price will be decided later.
