Tsubakimoto Chain Co

US Tsubaki Holdings opened a new 250,000 sq ft air-conditioned manufacturing facility in Portland, Tennessee, with a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 17, 2019.

U.S. Tsubaki Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Tsubakimoto Chain Co., acquired Central Conveyor Company LLC from New State Capital Partners for approximately $140 million. The transaction closed on June 15, 2018.

Tsubakimoto Chain Co's U.S. unit, U.S. Tsubaki Holdings, has signed an agreement to fully acquire Central Conveyor Company, LLC and its six subsidiaries, including Central Automation Holdings and Central Process Engineering. The acquisition is expected to close in mid-June 2018; the price will be decided later.
