ASM Pacific Technology Ltd. signed a definitive agreement with Tokyo Electron Limited to acquire TEL NEXX, Inc., an industry leader in Electrochemical Deposition and Physical Vapor Deposition technologies for the advanced packaging market. The deal is expected to close upon regulatory approvals.
