Fibrebond

Fibrebond is completing a $150 million expansion on its Louisiana campus later this year.

Eaton has signed an agreement to acquire Fibrebond Corporation, a designer and builder of pre-integrated modular power enclosures, for $1.4 billion. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025.

Fibrebond Corporation announced a $50 million expansion and enhancement of its production facility in Webster Parish, Louisiana, on April 18, 2024. The project includes a new 297,000-square-foot production facility and is expected to retain more than 450 existing jobs and increase total production capacity by more than 50 percent.

Fibrebond, which purchased ISCO in late 2015, began doing business under the Fibrebond name for its genset divisions in 2018, with expanded manufacturing capabilities from two facilities and UL certifications in Minden, Louisiana.
