Infiltrator Water Technologies

Infiltrator Water Technologies opened a new 36,000-square-foot facility at the Winchester Industrial Park in Kentucky to manufacture EZflow drainfield products. The facility includes five production lines and created nearly 30 new jobs.

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. announced the acquisition of Infiltrator Water Technologies for about $1.08 billion from an affiliate of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and other stockholders. Infiltrator is a provider of on-site septic wastewater treatment products.
