Fenix Parts

Fenix Parts, Inc. executed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Cox Truck and Van, Inc., an auto recycling facility operator in Georgia. The acquisition is expected to close in July 2019.

Fenix Parts, a recycler and reseller of OEM automotive products, was acquired by a group of auto industry veterans in partnership with Stellex Capital Management. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Fenix Parts' board agreed to accept an $8.1 million acquisition bid from private equity firm Stellex Capital Management, pending shareholder approval.
