Innovia Medical acquired Medical Device Resource Corporation (MD Resource), a manufacturer and distributor of liposuction and fat transfer systems for the plastic and cosmetic surgery markets. Terms were not disclosed.

Shore Capital Partners announced that Innovia Medical, its specialty surgical products platform, has partnered with Eagle Laboratories, a manufacturer and distributor of ophthalmic products including cannula, micro-surgical knives, and blades.

Innovia Medical LLC acquired Network Medical Products Ltd from Prim, S.A. and individual shareholders for £0.8 million. Network Medical will continue to operate independently.
