Integrated Silicon Solution

Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (ISSI) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Sigma Designs Israel S.D.I. Ltd., the wired connectivity business of Sigma Designs. The transaction is expected to close later in February 2018.
