Kömmerling Chemische Fabrik

H.B. Fuller is investing a mid-single-digit million euro amount in its Pirmasens site, operated by Kömmerling Chemische Fabrik GmbH, to strengthen it as a competence center for insulating glass sealants. The multi-phase project is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.

H.B. Fuller has finalised its acquisition of Royal Adhesives & Sealants, including its operations in Pirmasens, Germany. The merger creates a more capable company with complementary market penetration.
