Bühler Group and Vyncke signed a strategic partnership to offer integrated solutions that convert biomass side streams into clean process energy for the food industry, initially focusing on cocoa, oat, and malt processing.

Vyncke acquired PetroBio, a Swedish family-owned company specializing in burner technology and boiler systems, as an independent sister company within the Vyncke holding group.
