Neapco

Neapco, a global supplier of driveline solutions, acquired IFA Group, a manufacturer of drive shafts and joints, from AEQUITA, creating a combined company with over 5,000 employees and sales approaching $2 billion.

Neapco announced a $59 million expansion project in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, which will create 150 direct jobs. The company manufactures cardan shafts and half shafts for the automotive industry.

Neapco's automotive sub-assembly plant in Praszka, Poland, now employs 1,070 people and is hiring more workers. The plant produces drive shafts and aluminum castings for global automakers.
