HC Private Investments

Prince Industries, a precision machining and sheet metal fabrication company, has acquired Vulcan Machine Inc., a Tampa-based provider of tight-tolerance precision-machined parts for the aerospace and defense industry.

Kruger Plastic Products, a portfolio company of HC Private Investments, acquired Northern California Injection Molding and El Dorado Molds (NCIM), creating a leading manufacturer of custom injection molding tooling and parts. The combined business has facilities in California, Michigan and North Carolina with over 250 employees.

Kruger Plastic Products, a custom injection molding manufacturer, was acquired by HC Private Investments.
