Castleton Commodities International

Castleton Commodities International LLC has closed the acquisition of the 786MW Amorebieta combined cycle power plant in the Basque Country, Spain. The plant uses GE and Alstom turbines.

Granite Shore Power LLC, a joint venture of Castleton Commodities International and Atlas Holdings, completed the acquisition of select power generating assets of Public Service Company of New Hampshire (Eversource Energy), including Merrimack Station, Newington Station, Schiller Station, and combustion turbines in Groveton and Tamworth.
