Shirdi Sai Electricals (SSEL) will set up an extra high voltage transformers and reactors manufacturing unit in Kothapalli, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh, with an investment of Rs 727.70 crore. Construction is expected to begin in June 2018, creating 358 direct and 400 indirect jobs.

Shirdi Sai Electricals opens new transformer plant in Kadapa
Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited inaugurated a new plant near Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, for manufacturing energy-efficient amorphous metal distribution transformers, with a capacity of 600 transformers per day. The company also signed an MOU with Hitachi Metals Ltd.
