Boels Rental

Dutch company Boels Rental took over Scandinavian company Cramo at the beginning of 2021. The acquisition makes Boels one of Poland's largest rental players, with 29 branches operating under the name Boels Polska from January 5, 2021.

Boels Rental successfully completed its acquisition of Cramo, with 93.04% of Cramo shares tendered. The combined company becomes a leading player in the European construction equipment rental market, with over 7,000 employees and 750 branches in 17 countries.

Boels Rental, a European equipment rental company, acquired Abird, an industrial equipment provider in the Benelux and Germany, from private equity investor NPM. The acquisition strengthens Boels' position in the industrial sector.
