Valtris Specialty Chemicals

Valtris Specialty Chemicals is investing to add production capacity at its Advanced Organics sites in Tessenderlo, Belgium and Maastricht, Netherlands. The expansions are expected to be fully completed by the end of Q1 2020.

HIG Capital's portfolio company Valtris Specialty Chemicals acquired INEOS ChloroToluenes (ICT) and INEOS Baleycourt from INEOS Enterprises. ICT has production facilities in Belgium and the Netherlands; Baleycourt is based in northeast France.

Valtris Specialty Chemicals selected Krahn Chemie Group as its new distributor for SANTICIZER specialty phosphate esters plasticizers in Germany, Poland, Benelux, Switzerland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and the Baltic countries.
