Empaque Rio Colorado buys 12 Strauss asparagus sorting and packing machines
Empaque Rio Colorado (ERC) purchased six Strauss sorting machines and six Strauss bunchers, becoming the first Mexican asparagus business to fully automate sorting and packing. The machines were installed in October 2017 and will begin operation in December 2017.
