BKW Building Solutions, part of BKW, acquired E3 HLK AG, a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning specialist with offices in St. Gallen, Winterthur, and Kriens, Switzerland. The founders will continue to lead the company, and all 70 employees will be retained.

BKW Group acquired Enerpeak AG, a building technology company specializing in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitation and electrical planning, based in Dübendorf, Switzerland.
