Blue Sea Capital

Sunvair Aerospace Group, a portfolio company of Blue Sea Capital, acquired Mingo Aerospace, a provider of component repair services for aircraft cargo loading systems and thermal spray coatings. The acquisition aims to expand Sunvair's capabilities and customer base.

Private equity firm Blue Sea Capital acquired RESA Power, a Houston-based supplier of electrical equipment for the power distribution and utility market. Terms were not disclosed.
